Job summary

CIBC in Montreal is seeking a Premium Edge Relationship Manager to provide best-in-class service to high-net-worth, self-directed investing clients. You will educate clients on trading policies, maintain accuracy in trade executions, and manage a book of 200+ households with CRM-driven referrals and targets.

You must be fluent in French and English, with 3–4 years in sales/relationship management. Knowledge of Canadian and U.S.

Qualifications

• CSC, CPH and DFOL/certified derivatives exams required or anticipated before deadlines.
• Experience in sales/relationship management with a track record of client growth.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and self-directed investors.
• Educate clients on trading policies and market conditions while ensuring compliance.
• Execute client orders accurately and maintain CRM records and client communications.
