Qualifications

Knowledge of trade lifecycle and securities.
Bilingual in English and French is desirable.
Responsibilities
Maintain expert knowledge on the portfolios.
Assist in onboarding new accounts.
Resolve issues, complaints, and requests from clients.
Facilitate modifications in investment policies.
Support cash management activities.
Prepare and build presentations for client meetings.
Collaborate with the legal team for document drafting.
