Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, greeting clients, and serving as the first point of contact.
• Onboard new clients and ensure they are set up and supported.
• Follow up on claims and keep clients informed of progress.
• Process payments, follow up on missed payments, and manage billing.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and support marketing communications.
• Assist with scheduling, calendars, and vendor communications.
