Job summary

Todd O’Donnell Insurance Agency in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our in-office team. You will assist clients with home and auto policies, explain coverages, billing, and claims, and drive client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, communication and proactive outreach, with training and licensing support provided. Base salary and bonuses lead to total comp in the mid-to-high 50k range.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service experience.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a busy office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to receive coaching and learn new skills.
• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, hospitality, retail or a professional office is an asset.
• Licensing in Ontario (OTL) preferred but not required; licensing process support provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions about their home and auto insurance policies.
• Help clients understand coverage, billing, policy changes and the claims process.
• Complete policy changes and follow up on outstanding client requests.
• Identify gaps in coverage and connect clients with appropriate insurance solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive client outreach and policy reviews.
• Support client retention by providing friendly, accurate and timely service.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to solve problems and meet agency goals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $48,000
• Performance bonuses with expected total compensation of $55,000–$60,000
