CIBC is seeking an Analyst for the Client Onboarding & Service team in Calgary. You will onboard Large Corporate clients and provide ongoing service, coordinating with internal partners to ensure timely, accurate solutions for client needs.

Focus on streamlining the client experience, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to CIBC’s value proposition through proactive service and responsive support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cash Management products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines.
• Judgment and problem-solving to adapt procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Large Corporate clients with day-to-day service requests.
• Coordinate onboarding of new legal entities and cash management implementations.
• Maintain accurate, timely information and respond to client inquiries.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal partners to deliver solutions.
