Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or back-office roles.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML concepts is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding and KYC activities for new and existing CCB clients.
• Coordinate BBCP/CPI documentation and client signatures.
• Engage with COT, Bankers and clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify and escalate higher-risk cases as needed.
• Support AML/KYC processes and maintain compliant documentation.
