Job summary

Titanium Transportation Group Bolton is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the CS team, coordinate daily operations, and drive service excellence for Titanium's customers. You will liaise with operations, dispatch, drivers, and leadership to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. Bolton location, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer service, preferably in transportation/logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, or related field is an asset.
• Experience managing and developing customer service teams.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and best practices.
• Experience with TMW or other Transportation Management Systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure professional communication with customers.
• Act as escalation point for complex inquiries and shipment issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Operations, Drivers, and stakeholders to meet expectations.
• Monitor and report on customer service metrics and productivity.
• Manage team scheduling, workload, attendance, and vacations.
• Review feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain customer records and reporting in internal systems.
• Develop and maintain customer service procedures and standards.
