Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
• Bilingual English and French required to serve diverse clients
• Proven ability to sell, meet targets and deliver client-focused service
• Digital literacy across devices and platforms to assist customers effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to identify banking needs and referral opportunities
• Educate clients on digital banking; demonstrate features to enhance their experience
• Respond to client-initiated inquiries and execute a full range of financial transactions
• Listen actively to understand individual client goals and provide tailored solutions
