Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
• Demonstrated passion for clients and success in a target-driven sales environment
• Problem-solving and people skills to build relationships and proactively connect with clients
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops)

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in-branch and in the community to uncover banking needs and identify sales opportunities
• Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking tools to drive adoption and loyalty
• Assist with a full range of financial transactions and respond to client inquiries
• Listen actively to understand individual client needs and offer solutions
• Resolve and prevent client banking issues and refer complex opportunities to specialists
• Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals
