Job summary

APOLLO Insurance Brokers Limited in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a client-centric Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. This role focuses on serving customers from needs assessment to policy binding, with strong emphasis on sales and service excellence.

Hours are within 9am-7pm EST, Monday to Friday; no cold calling. Compensation ranges from CAD 50,000 to CAD 55,000 plus commission, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Broker/Advisor role.
• RIBO License required.
• Experience with personal lines insurance products and claims process.
• Passion for Sales & Customer Service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients.
• Independent, self-motivated, ambitious and competitive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective insurance clients provided to you by APOLLO.
• Assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements.
• Engage with prospective clients to convert requests for insurance into customers.
• Provide end-to-end support from information gathering, quoting, to binding.
• Suggest operational improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Give feedback to improve products and services over time.
• Serve APOLLO’s book of business with top-notch customer service across channels.
