You will work with RBC professionals to provide tailored guidance, leverage technology for a superior client experience, and support local client acquisition while contributing to strong sales and retention.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
• Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CSI).
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to learn about their needs and help them achieve their goals.
• Provide professional advice and education addressing complex credit and investment needs for personal and business clients.
• Collaborate with market-leading professionals in financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages, and business banking for tailored advice.
• Leverage technology to deliver client experiences and drive sales and retention.
• Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.
• Implement relation-building strategies and support new client acquisition locally.
• Educate clients on RBC features, benefits, and digital banking options.
