• Must have business development and client acquisition skills, including building Centres of Influence within the local business community.
• Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, grow and deepen client relationships through tailored financial advice for high value small business clients.
• Proactively contact clients, discover needs, ensure ongoing satisfaction with RBC services.
• Plan and prioritize client and market activities, introduce RBC partners to fulfill client financial needs.
• Manage risk and perform due diligence in banking procedures; implement action plans as needed.
• Champion digital enablement and RBC mobile/online tools to engage clients.
