Royal Bank of Canada Beaconsfield seeks an engaging Client Advisor to help clients with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. You’ll act as an RBC ambassador, guiding clients and collaborating with partners to deliver meaningful experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

You will proactively engage clients in-branch and in the community, educate them on digital banking, respond to inquiries, and refer opportunities to specialists.

Formación

• Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the CSC).
• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first in a target-driven sales environment.
• Problem-solving and people skills to build relationships and proactively connect with clients.
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics and drive for success.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
• Bilingual English and French required for regular client service.

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and community, uncovering needs and sales opportunities.
• Focus on client education and demonstration, using technology to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales.
• Respond to client inquiries, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.
• Actively listen to understand individual client needs.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize referrals.
