Job summary

HUB International in Canada is seeking a Personal Insurance Associate to help clients select the right coverage for habitational, travel and auto lines. The role emphasizes client service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and sales accountability.

You will engage clients, renew policies, and pursue leads while continuously updating product knowledge and pursuing relevant designations or licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience.
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
• Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced team environment.
• Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives.
• Industry designation would be considered an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)

Responsibilities

A day in the life –

Salary Expectations –

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
