Job summary

HUB International Canada is seeking a Personal Insurance Associate to help protect clients’ assets across habitational, travel, and automobile insurance. You will deliver outstanding client service with a friendly approach and build product knowledge to advise customers effectively.

You will engage with clients, follow up on leads, process renewals, and strive to meet sales and retention goals while maintaining knowledge of Personal Lines and Auto products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required
• Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced team environment
• Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives
• Industry designation would be considered an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)

Responsibilities

A day in the life

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
