Job summary

HUB International in Canada is seeking an Auto Insurance Trainee to join our sales-driven team. You will actively sell ICBC and private insurance, build client relationships, and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Training is provided to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days. Join a supportive environment where performance is rewarded with comprehensive compensation packages including benefits, RRSP matching, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations and debt payments.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics.
• Support the branch by handling phone calls, administrative tasks, and restocking inventory.

A Day in the Life

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $42,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
