Job summary

CELINE seeks a Client Advisor for its Vancouver Oakridge New Store opening, expected Fall 2026. You will meet sales targets, apply product knowledge to maximize transactions, and maintain a premium store image.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in luxury retail, strong customer service, and computer literacy. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Position requires minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages.
• Languages: Foreign Languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales per transaction
• Adhere to all company policies
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and notes
• Maintain and expand a client book
• Follow up on shipping, alteration, or client issues
• Assist in housekeeping and store image maintenance
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control

CELINE is currently seeking a CLIENT ADVISOR to join its Vancouver Oakridge New Store Opening, expected in Fall 2026!

YOUR IMPACT

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
• Adhere to all company policies
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book
• Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
• Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested

Education:

Experience

• Position requires minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages

The compensation for this position ranges from $20-$24 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
