Job summary

Acera Insurance in Victoria, BC is hiring a full-time Client Advisor, Auto Insurance for our Uptown office (occasional Royal Bay visits). You will advise, explain, promote and sell auto insurance policies to ensure clients are correctly insured.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto and other insurance types, including commercial fleet.
• Recommend and implement coverage, premiums, and payment methods.
• Explain policy details, coverages, limitations, and features.
• Assist clients with emergencies and claims.
• Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink, and insurer portals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.

Pay Range: Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $48,000 - $56,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.

Job Summary

This role’s purpose is to advise, explain, promote and sell insurance policies to ensure Acera clients are correctly insured. You will use your expertise to:

• Provide auto and other types of insurance, including commercial fleet, to our clients
• Recommend and implement clients' insurance coverages, premiums and methods of payment
• Provide information on varying insurance policies, including risk coverages, limitations and other features
• Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims
• Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink and private insurers web portals
• Complete others duties and tasks as assigned by your team leader
