3. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and concerns professionally—both in person and over the phone.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
6. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting results to senior management and contributing to strategic goal setting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
3. Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
4. Strong ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
