Role Overview
The Client Account Manager is the subject matter expert liaising between clients, business operations, and IT to resolve client-specific issues. Responsibilities include new product configuration support, client onboarding, training, and facilitating JAD discussions. The role requires effective communication with C-Suite executives both internally and on the client side.
