RONA is seeking a replenishment professional to help manage inventory, identify popular products, and propose improvements. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while collaborating across stores and procurement teams.

The role focuses on meeting in-stock targets, optimizing service rates, and coordinating with planning, merchandising, and logistics to resolve issues quickly. A degree is preferred; 2 years' experience is expected.

Formación

• Degree in a related field (an asset).
• 2 years' relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of databases.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to work well both as part of a team and individually.
• Knowledge of retail and/or distribution (an asset).

Responsabilidades

• Help the supply team meet goals for in-stock products, service rate, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.
• Identify top sellers and ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Support stores by responding to all questions and problems regarding procurement.
• Ensure communication between stores and relevant departments.
• Recommend various opportunities for improvement in order to meet objectives.
• Mobilize and involve other sectors and stores in order to meet objectives.
• Take charge of monitoring various improvement interventions.
• Efficiently meet store needs in order to quickly resolve issues.
• Work closely with the teams in charge of procurement, planning, merchandising, and logistics and address ID sku discrepancies and backorder issues.
