Position Summary: The Clerk 2 provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of teams and units. This role includes reception duties, data management, coordination of staffing resources, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and general office support. The Clerk 2 serves as a point of contact for staff, clients, and partners, ensuring high-quality service, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
The Clerk 2 plays a vital support role on a clinical team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of units through administrative, clerical, and reception duties. They manage client data, track census and admissions, coordinate staffing, and maintain accurate records, acting as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and external stakeholders. By facilitating communication, organizing resources, and supporting program and operational initiatives, they help the team function efficiently and provide high-quality client care. Additionally, they uphold confidentiality, privacy legislation, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and professional work environment.
$24.76 – $30.52 per hour
