Twin Phoenix Building Maintenance is hiring for an on-site leadership role in Metro Vancouver. You will oversee resource allocation, establish departmental structures, and coordinate multiple regions or divisions to meet organizational goals.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience and a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
