Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking a motivated and dependable Cleaner to join our team in Neenah, WI. Hours are 7:15am-3:30pm, with potential shifts up to 6pm or 8pm during busy seasons. Wage is $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, concourses, seating areas, premium spaces, locker rooms, and back-of-house areas
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables; replace liners as needed
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces
• Restock restroom and facility supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, tissue)
• Respond promptly to spills, biohazards, and guest service requests during events
• Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown/cleaning
• Operate cleaning equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to supervisors
• Follow all company policies, OSHA standards, and safety procedures
