Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking Floor Technicians in the Appleton area starting at $17-$18/hour with Monday-Friday schedules. No weekends or holidays. Hands-on training is provided.

Location: Appleton, WI. Travel to client sites is required and a vehicle is provided for work orders. Prior janitorial or flooring experience is preferred; a valid driver's license is required. Great growth potential with a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience or experience with commercial flooring.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Prior supervisor experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers.
• Assist in developing and training floor technicians.
• Travel to client sites; vehicle provided.
• Perform floor and carpet care in offices, mills, plants, hospitals, schools and other settings.
• Strip, wax and buff floors.
• Learn new maintenance techniques and processes.
• Work well in a dynamic team environment.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Be flexible to nights and weekends and maintain reliable transportation.

Job description

IQ Resource Group is seeking Floor Technicians in the Appleton area starting at $17-$18/hour!

• Monday-Friday Schedules
• No working on weekends
• No working on holidays
• Hands on training

Shift: 10pm-6am Monday-Friday Wage: $16.00 to $17.00/hr Location: Appleton, WI

Job Duties/Requirements:

• Operating of commercial cleaning equipment such as high wet & dry vacuums, and Floor Scrubbers
• Help develop and train floor technicians
• Travel to client work sites and surrounding areas (vehicle provided) to complete scheduled work orders
• Perform floor/carpet care as well as maintenance duties in a variety of environments including offices, mills, plants, hospitals, schools and other settings.
• Stripping, Waxing, and Buffing of floors
• Ability to learn new maintenance techniques and processes
• Works well in a dynamic team environment

• Must have the flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Experience Required:
