Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking a 2nd shift Lead Custodian in the Appleton area at $17/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays, with hands-on training. Shift: 2nd shift (2:15pm to 10:15pm), open to 8-12 hour shifts.

Duties include cleaning, sanitizing restrooms, tidying spaces, restocking disposables and performing quality inspections to ensure spaces are ready for the next day.

Job Duties

• Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces
• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap)
• Wipe mirrors and windows
• Clean and stock restrooms
• Perform quality inspections
• Maintain equipment and supplies to standards
