Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Fernie, BC is seeking a Cleaner for Peakside Village to maintain entrances, hallways, and common areas.

You will perform month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms and cupboards, and assist with pre-move out inspections. Requirements include knowledge of cleaning products, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning products and disinfectants.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between Peakside Village sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways and common areas.
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Support general maintenance of the building exterior and related tasks.
