BEST Service Pros in Burnaby, BC is seeking a dedicated cleaner to support a 24-hour on-call operation and keep the building clean, presentable, and inviting. You will maintain common areas, washrooms, and surfaces to high standards.

Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am with a wage of $25.85 per hour. The role emphasizes sanitation, safety, and reliable teamwork; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must pass a Canadian background check; WHMIS is an asset.

24hr operation with shifts 7am-3pm (morning), 3pm-11pm (afternoon) or 11pm-7am (night)

Wage:

$25.85/ Hourly

JOB OVERVIEW:

You will be responsible for making sure your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting at all times. Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfaces.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning and maintaining common rooms, kitchens, and washrooms
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean windows and keep blinds dust-free
• Take out and properly dispose of garbage
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
• WHMIS Certification is an asset
• Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel and bend
• Ability to lift, push and pull required load (up to 50lbs)

• Ability to pass Canadian Background Check
