Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Cleaner to keep our communities clean and sanitized. You will work in rental apartments and townhouses, dedicated to health and safety, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a valid driver’s license; you’ll support common areas, vacant suites, and inventory management across sites. This is an on-site position across multiple properties in Canada.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with technology is an asset.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift for long periods.
• Ability to move up to 90 kg with equipment.
• Excellent customer service and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
• Ensure health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pickup.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
