Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited in London, ON is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across our spaces, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and resident areas. You will follow established cleaning routines and help prepare units upon vacancy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
• Maintaining cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, fitness rooms.
• Tenant units upon vacancy (bathrooms, kitchens).
• Winter snow removal.
• Other duties as required.

Compensation Range (includes salary & shift premium): $41,500-$47,000

Description

As a Cleaner at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces. This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained. Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges)
• Winter snow removal
• Other duties as required
