Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a Cleaner in London, ON to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms and amenity areas.

This full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week role includes weekend shifts every other week and offers a compensation range of $41,500 to $47,000, plus benefits such as RRSP, health, dental and life insurance with annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment).
• Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms.
• Tenant units upon vacancy (bathrooms, kitchens, ovens & fridges).
• Winter snow removal.
• Other duties as required.

Description

As a Cleaner at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces. This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained. Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.

Responsibilities
