Arrow Transportation Systems Inc. is seeking professional Class 1 Truck Drivers to join our Quesnel or Williams Lake team. Drivers haul wood fibre locally, home daily, on B-train trailers across Northern BC.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with year-round work and new equipment. Full benefits including pension paid by Arrow are provided. Candidates must have a Class 1 license, air brake endorsement, clean abstract, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must have Class 1 license and air brake endorsement.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to lift 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience with manual transmission is preferred.
• Two job references are required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cargo handling and load securement
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure roadworthiness
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Maneuver trucks to loading/unloading positions and assist as needed
• Report defects, accidents, or hazards to supervision
• Maintain paperwork and logs accurately and timely
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and co-workers
• Work with little supervision and demonstrate teamwork
