Bandstra Transportation Systems Ltd. is seeking a Class 1 Switch Driver for the AM shift in Prince George, BC. The role offers steady day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with competitive hourly pay and overtime opportunities.

You will operate Class 1 vehicles for pickups at mining client sites, ensure safe transport of goods, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain logs while complying with safety regulations. Union position with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class 1 license.
• Minimum 1 year of local driving experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 vehicles for pickups and drop-offs at client sites.
• Safely transport goods to designated locations.
• Assist with loading/unloading at the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documents.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and standards.
