Job summary

Klassen is seeking an experienced Class 1 Super B Driver for steady, local day‑shift work at our Merritt terminal. You will haul sawdust, wood chips and bulk wood residuals on reliable local routes, with a team of dispatchers and managers who know you by name.

This is a full‑time, day‑shift role with home daily in Merritt, BC. Starting pay is $34.50/hr with overtime after 45 hours/week, plus quarterly profit sharing and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 licence and a clean driver's abstract.
• Minimum 2 years Class 1 experience; Super B experience preferred or willingness to train into it.
• Loader experience is an asset; dependable, organized, team‑first attitude.
• Passport / US-border eligibility an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Super B configuration hauling sawdust, wood chips and bulk wood residuals on local routes.
• Work with dispatchers and managers who know you by name.

About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Class 1 Super B Driver for steady, local day‑shift work out of our Merritt terminal — home every day, no overnight hauls. You'll operate a Super B configuration hauling sawdust, wood chips and bulk wood residuals on reliable local routes, working alongside dispatchers and managers who know your name. Super B is our premium tier: if you've got the experience, this is where it pays off — and if you're close, ask about growing into it.

• Starting $34.50/hr (day shift), plus overtime after 45 hours/week
• Quarterly profit sharing — K-Bucks, 5–20% target — plus performance and safety bonuses
• Effective earnings approximately $36–$41/hr with profit sharing; illustrative $90,000–$101,000/year
• Full‑time, permanent; day shift, Monday–Friday; home terminal Merritt, BC
