Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years operating 53-foot trailers.
• Experience hauling dry van and reefer trailers.
• Clean Driver's Abstract is required.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Highway deliveries to Costco distribution centers within BC.
• City pickups and deliveries throughout the Lower Mainland.
• Operate 53-foot dry van and reefer trailers.
• Pin-to-pin deliveries, drop-and-switch operations, and live unloads.
• No hand bombing, tarping, or heavy physical labor.
• Safe and professional operation of company equipment.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintaining accurate logbooks and trip documentation.

We are currently seeking a Class 1 Highway / City Flex Driver to support both our highway and Lower Mainland city operations. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy variety in their work and are comfortable handling both local and regional runs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Highway deliveries to Costco distribution centers within BC
• City pickups and deliveries throughout the Lower Mainland
• Operating 53-foot dry van and reefer trailers
• Pin-to-pin deliveries, drop-and-switch operations, and live unloads
• No hand bombing, tarping, or heavy physical labor
• Safe and professional operation of company equipment
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintaining accurate logbooks and trip documentation

Compensation

Highway Mileage Rates

• Kamloops: $0.7528 per mile
• Kelowna: $0.8251 per mile
• Prince George: $0.7247 per mile

City Driving

• $27.98 per hour

Additional earnings opportunities include:

• Paid hourly wait time for breakdowns, road closures, and warehouse delays
• $30 chain-up bonus per trip during winter operations
• $100 bonus for working an additional day beyond your scheduled work week
• Additional paid pickups on select routes

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
• Minimum 2 years of mountain driving experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating 53-foot trailers
• Experience hauling dry van and reefer trailers
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service

Preferred

• Previous Costco or distribution center delivery experience
• Experience with both city and highway operations
• Winter driving and chain-up experience

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
• Schedules and start times will be discussed during the hiring process
• Weekend availability is required
• Flexibility to support both highway and city operations is essential
