Sideworx Connect Inc. is seeking experienced Class 1 Truck Drivers to join a hauling project for Frac Sand in Grande Prairie, AB. Paid training and driver evaluations start the week of January 6, 2025 in Red Deer, with work commencing soon after on a 6‑ to 12‑month contract around the Grande Prairie region.

Shifts include 21 on/20 off or 15 on/6 off, with camp or hotel accommodations provided. You will load/offload with proper PPE, perform daily inspections and logs, and ensure regulatory

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience in Canada.
• Oilfield/off-road driving experience.
• Must know how to use tire chains.
• Driver abstract with no more than 6 demerits and no impaired driving convictions.
• Must pass drug and alcohol test.
• Must be able to pass driver evaluation using an 18-speed manual.
• Valid Class 1 license and 5-year abstract must be provided.
• PPE safety requirements must be followed.

Responsabilidades

We’re seeking experienced Class 1 Truck Drivers to join our roster for an upcoming project hauling Frac Sand in Grande Prairie, AB.

• Paid training & driver evaluations to start the week of January 6, 2025 in Red Deer, AB, work to start shortly after for a 6 months to a year contract position working around the Grande Prairie, AB region
• Schedule options of 21 on/20 off and 15 on/6 off
• Camp or hotel accommodations to be provided

Please ensure you meet all the below criteria before applying for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize proper PPE for loading and offloading product
• Complete daily accurate pre-inspections and post-inspections regulatory logs and timesheets
• Ensure information on Bill of Lading is correct
• Ensure that electronic logs align with Federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience in Canada
• Oilfield/off road driving experience
• Super-b or tri-quad experience
• Drivers abstract with no more than 6 demerits & no impaired driving convictions
• Must know how to use tire chains
• Polite and professional attitude
• High regard for safety
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Certifications Required:

• Must have a valid Class 1 driver’s license and provide current 5-year commercial drivers abstract
• Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C (AB & BC)
• H2S Alive
• Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

Other Job Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test
• Must be clean shaven for masks used while around frac sand
• Must be able to pass driver evaluation using an 18-speed manual
• Steel toe boots are required for PPE
