Job summary

Element Technical Services is hiring a Class 1 Driver / Shop Hand in Calgary, Alberta. The role includes operating forklifts and light trucks, moving equipment around the yard, and assisting with loading, unloading, and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have Class 1 license with clean drivers abstract.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Move equipment within yard and transport goods within a 3 hour radius.
• Operate forklift, skid steer and 1 ton truck with pintle hitch.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and equipment and with part pickups and hotshots.
• Assist maintenance staff and perform shop/yard maintenance.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Hourly Wage: $25 - $30

• Moving equipment around yard, transporting and picking up goods within a 3 hour radius
• Operating forklift, skid steer and 1 ton truck with pintle hitch
• Assisting with loading / unloading supplies and equipment
• Assisting with part pickups and hotshots
• Assisting maintenance staff
• Shop / yard maintenance
• Other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Class 1 license withclean drivers abstract
• Knowledge of industry an asset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team player, ability to take direction, good communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
