Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking a Class 1 Driver in Provost to operate and drive a variety of equipment including Vac trucks and Combo Units. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and coordinate with dispatchers while ensuring safety on every job site.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service as you support multiple units and on-site preparation. Driving a manual transmission (18 speed) is required.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driver’s license is required.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (18 speed) is required.
• Previous experience operating Vac trucks or Combo Units is an asset.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety-focused environment.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow safe work practices.
• Operate and drive multiple units and assist with job site preparation.
• Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of equipment.

• Maintain and update driver’s log book.

Clean Harbors is looking for a Class 1 Driver to join their safety conscious team in Provost!

This position is responsible for operating and driving a variety of equipment including but not limited to a Wet Vac, Semi Vac, Combo Unit, Steamers and a variety of our other fleet. This includes driving equipment to and from worksites, performing roadside repairs, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
