American Iron & Metal (AIM) in Sherbrooke is seeking a Class 1 Driver to join our team. You will transport metal materials to and from customer locations and AIM facilities, perform pre-trip inspections, and assist with loading and unloading, while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a valid Class 1 licence with FM endorsement, a clean driving record, at least 2 years of Class 1 experience, and a strong commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport metal materials to and from customer locations as well as AIM facilities.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections before each route.
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers.
• Ensure that all safety regulations established by law and by the company are followed at all times, without exception.
• Operate various types of heavy vehicles as required.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
