Our client, a growing leader in the property insurance services sector, is seeking a Claims Support Specialist to join their dynamic team in Calgary. Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Coordinate short- and long-term solutions based on insurance policy coverage and client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communications in the CRM system.
  • Negotiate extensions and manage agreements with suppliers.
  • Resolve sensitive issues with clients and various stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Adapt to changes in schedules, availability, or client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and operations teams to ensure service consistency.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or support roles within insurance, hospitality, real estate, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and detailed data entry.
  • Knowledge of tenancy laws and insurance practices is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset (not required).
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
  • Empathy, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
