Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Claims Supervisor specialized in Workers' Compensation in Ontario. This full-time hybrid position requires analyzing complex claims and providing guidance to a team of examiners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of claims management experience and a SIP certification. Competitive pay and benefits, including quarterly bonuses and generous PTO, are offered.

Job Title: Claims Supervisor - Workers Compensation

Location: Hybrid (3633 Inland Empire Blvd, Ontario, CA, 91764)

Duration: Full-time Position

Pay rate: $102K - $117K (Negotiable)

Benefits: Quarterly merit-based bonuses, CDO, and supervisor training program. Staff of 6 examiners. Minimum of 22 PTO days per year + 1 extra PTO each year.

Note:

Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor (5+ years of California WC experience)

Work location: Hybrid, 2 days in office per week. First 3 days in office for training.

Must have SIP Certification.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To analyze complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due and provide guidance to examiners; to work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation; to ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices and specific client service requirements; and to identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.

Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Experience: Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
