Our client, a leading insurance carrier is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Claims Adjuster to join their growing team. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex commercial property claims, including large losses and catastrophe claims, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams (Leadership, Underwriting, Risk Control, Actuarial) and external stakeholders (customers, brokers, service suppliers) to ensure smooth claims processing from notification to settlement.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of claims policies, processes, and services.
• Analyze KPIs and statistical data to identify trends and improve performance.
• Continuously develop personal knowledge and skills through professional development courses and on-the-job coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience handling commercial property claims.
• Proven experience with complex property claims.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage high volumes of claims while maintaining attention to detail.
• CIP qualification or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeline.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
