Job summary

Millennium Insurance is seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Agent Level 2 to support customers with questions about our products and coverage, especially in British Columbia, while adjudicating ancillary claims that do not require a licence.

You must hold a BC or Alberta Level 2 General Insurance Licence and be eligible to obtain the BC equivalent; two years of relevant experience in insurance or customer service is expected. Join a locally owned Alberta insurer with a strong team focus.

Qualifications

• BC Level 2 General Insurance Licence or Alberta Level 2 General Insurance Licence and eligible for BC Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service and accurately interpret coverage.
• Adjudicate ancillary claims.
• Review pictures and estimates to confirm loss coverage and estimate validity.
• Return authorizations for covered claims or explain denial for non-covered claims.
• Match incoming invoices with backup and process payments; document tax details.
• Process Tire, Key Etch, and Chemical claims; manage aging claims.
• Document all interactions and maintain claim records.
