Essential Job Functions
This position will be responsible for the active management of Casualty claims within the Canadian Claims Group. Prior experience handling Casualty Claims, including Auto BI and AB is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be required to evaluate coverage, draft coverage correspondence, undertake claims investigations, manage defense counsel and legal spend, assess liability and financial exposure, and effectively negotiate cost effective, good faith claims resolutions.
