As a Casualty Claims Advisor within our Specialty Lines Transportation and Marine team, you'll be part of a national group handling claims across Canada and the United States. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout North America to investigate, evaluate, and confidently resolve complex third-party bodily injury claims. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and highly specialized portfolio of clients. You will manage claims related to Long-Haul transportation, support specialized insurance portfolios- including Ontario Facility customers, Intact Public Entities, and the Entertainment sector and handle bodily injury claims involving marine vessels. Your expertise in claims handling will allow you to analyze and act decisively. Your strong negotiation skills will help you recognize exposures and proactively drive effective resolutions.
