Allstate Canada Group is seeking an experienced Claims Advisor, Auto, for a fully remote opportunity based in Canada. You will review policies, investigate complex auto claims and settle them in line with company practices.

We value customer service excellence, policy interpretation skills and collaboration with service providers and other stakeholders. The role is full-time, with a salary range of CAD 47,800 to CAD 73,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of customer service experience.
• Previous auto adjuster experience preferred.
• Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy.
• Enrolled in CIP designation (bonus).
• Fluency in other languages is a strong asset.
