Allstate Canada Group is hiring a Claim Advisor, Auto to join our Maritimes team. This role is fully remote within CAN-NS, with hours Monday to Friday 8:30am–4:30pm AST.

You will review policies, investigate complex claims, determine coverage, and settle claims while coordinating with customers, service providers, other insurers, and law enforcement. The ideal candidate is bilingual in French, with a high school education, an Adjusting License Level 1 or equivalent, and 1–3 years of experience

• Experience in handling complex automobile claims and determining coverage/liability.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and claim processing best practices.
• Bilingual in French is a plus per the posted qualifications.
