Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a related claims handling role.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims investigation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple claims effectively.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently in the Kimberley area.
