Job summary

Cyclic Materials is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineering Lead to drive design and oversight in our owner’s team for large-scale capital projects. You will review external designs, ensure compliance with standards, and lead integration with process, mechanical, and procurement functions.

The role requires a PE, 15+ years in industrial settings, and a track record delivering safe, cost-effective civil and structural solutions from FEL-2 through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE designation required.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive civil/structural experience in industrial environments.
• Strong ability to lead owner’s team and coordinate with EPCM partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural activities for capital projects through FEL-2 to FEL-3.
• Review external engineering deliverables for suitability and quality.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, piping, electrical, and construction teams.
• Develop design criteria, technical specs, and discipline standards.
• Provide technical guidance, risk assessment, and constructability reviews.
• Support cost estimates, schedules, and procurement activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering governance.
