Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• P.Eng. designation or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Understanding of structural engineering principles, design standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead projects and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools used in structural design.
• Demonstrated project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex structural engineering assignments with a high degree of autonomy.
• Modify established guidelines and develop new approaches to meet evolving project requirements.
• Solve unique design and field engineering challenges using innovative thinking.

• Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and recommendations related to design changes and project payments.
